Effective September 15, 2026. This policy covers www.peptrivapartners.com and the Peptriva Partner Program. Purchases at peptriva.com are covered by the store's own policy.
When you apply: your name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), phone number if you give one, country, how you plan to share, social handles you choose to share, notes, and your USDC wallet address. When you are a partner: clicks on your link, orders attributed to your code, commissions, payouts, tax forms (your taxpayer identification number is stored encrypted and shown only as its last four digits), and support correspondence. On the site: standard server logs and the calculator settings you choose, which stay in your own browser.
To create and run your partner account, attribute orders and pay you, provide tax documents where required, review compliance with the Content Policy, respond to you, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the program. We do not sell personal information and we do not use partner data for advertising.
Service providers that run the program on our behalf: the affiliate-tracking platform that hosts partner accounts and the dashboard, the stablecoin payment rail we use to send payouts, our email provider, our database provider, and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs. We disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.
Account and payout records are kept for as long as you are a partner and for seven years afterward for tax and accounting purposes. Applications that are declined or abandoned are deleted within 12 months.
You can update your details and payout method in your dashboard, and you can close your account at any time. To access, correct, export or delete personal information, or to object to a use of it, email hello@peptriva.com. We answer within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU, the UK and other jurisdictions with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide, and we honor them without discrimination.
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with providers that maintain industry-standard controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as the law requires.
