Effective September 15, 2026. These terms are the agreement between Peptriva Research, Inc. (“Peptriva”, “we”) and you (“Partner”, “you”) for participation in the Peptriva Partner Program.
The table is a summary. Where it and the sections below differ, the sections govern.

The Peptriva Partner Program pays partners a commission on qualifying orders placed at peptriva.com by customers they refer. Peptriva is a supplier of research peptides and reference compounds for laboratory and in vitro research use. For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Nothing in the program changes what the products are or what they are sold for, and partners must describe them accordingly.
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep it current. One account per person. Peptriva may decline, suspend or close any account at its discretion, including for conduct that occurred before you applied. Accounts are approved automatically on application and reviewed afterward; approval does not waive review.
You receive a personal code and a tracking link. A customer becomes attributed to you when they (a) enter your code at checkout, or (b) click your link and place an order within 30 days. If both a code and a cookie are present at checkout, the code controls. A customer already attributed to a partner stays with that partner; a second partner's code or link does not transfer them.
Attribution lasts 12 months from the attributed customer's first order. Every qualifying order that customer places during that window earns commission, whether or not they use your code again. Attribution is not extended by later use of a code during the window; after the window ends, a new order placed with a partner's code or link starts a new window for that partner.
The commission is 20% of the order subtotal, meaning the product total after any discounts and before shipping, taxes and fees. Partners whose attributed sales exceed $5,000 in any trailing 30-day period earn 25% on orders placed while they remain above that line, reviewed at each payout. A one-time bonus of $25 is paid with the payout that includes your first qualifying order.
The following do not earn commission and are voided if already credited:
Peptriva's records are the record of attribution and commission. Disputes must be raised within 60 days of the payout in question.
Commissions are held for 30 days after the order date, then released to your balance. Balances of $50 or more are paid on the 15th of each month in USDC on the Base network, to the wallet address on your account. Smaller balances roll forward. A payout without a wallet address, or a US payout without a tax form, is held until the account is complete. Amounts are denominated in US dollars and paid as the equivalent number of USDC; transfers to a wallet address are final, and it is your responsibility to keep the address correct. Peptriva does not pay in any other currency or method.
US partners must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before their first payout; partners outside the US must provide a Form W-8BEN. Peptriva issues tax forms where required by law and does not withhold taxes on your behalf. You are responsible for all taxes on amounts paid to you. Peptriva may withhold payout until a required form or a verification request is satisfied.
Payouts to a partner whose account is suspended for a suspected violation are held pending review. Commissions arising from violating activity are forfeited; commissions already paid on orders later found to be fraudulent or self-referred may be offset against future payouts or recovered.
Your code gives a customer 10% off the subtotal of their first order at peptriva.com. It applies once per customer, cannot be combined with other discounts unless Peptriva says otherwise, and may be changed or withdrawn on notice. Peptriva sets the retail prices and may change them at any time.
You must comply with the Content Policy, which is part of these terms, and with all applicable laws, including the FTC Act and the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials. In particular you must:
Peptriva grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Peptriva name and the materials in the Partner Toolkit solely to promote the program under these terms. All rights not granted are reserved. You grant Peptriva a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display content you create that references Peptriva, for program administration and to review compliance. You keep ownership of your content.
Peptriva monitors partner content and may request changes at any time. On a first violation you will normally receive a correction notice with 48 hours to fix it. Repeated or serious violations, including any dosing, results, or health-claim content, may result in immediate suspension or termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions arising from the violation, and recovery of commissions paid on affected orders.
Either party may end this agreement at any time, by notice for you and by notice or account closure for Peptriva. Commissions earned before termination that are not forfeited under these terms are paid at the next regular payout after the hold period. Attribution ends at termination. Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14 and 15 survive termination.
You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship, and you have no authority to bind Peptriva.
Peptriva processes the information you provide in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The program is administered on third-party affiliate-tracking and payout platforms, which receive the information needed to run your account and pay you. You will not collect personal data from customers on Peptriva's behalf.
Peptriva may change these terms, the commission rate, the customer discount, or any program feature by posting the change here and emailing the address on your account at least 14 days before it takes effect, except where a change is required by law or to address abuse, in which case it may take effect immediately. Continuing to participate after the effective date is acceptance.
The program is provided as is. Peptriva does not promise any level of earnings, that tracking will be error-free, or that the program will continue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptriva's total liability arising from the program is limited to commissions properly earned and unpaid in the six months before the claim, and Peptriva is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. You will indemnify Peptriva against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your conduct, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
